Camozzi Automation supported OFEM from the earliest stages of the project, providing advanced solutions for pneumatic control and predictive maintenance of critical components.
The machine integrates components featuring CoilVision® technology, developed by Camozzi Automation, which enables real-time monitoring of solenoid valve health and provides early warnings to help prevent failures and unplanned downtime.
The collected data is displayed on the machine's interface and transmitted directly to the customer's MES system, enabling proactive maintenance management.
The system includes a complete range of Camozzi Automation components, such as valve islands Series D, proportional regulators Series PRE (both equipped with CoilVision® technology), FRL units Series MX and a selection of high-performance pneumatic fittings.
The iPress is also designed for the use of both water- and solvent-based inks and includes energy recovery solutions, such as the reuse of hot air and optimization of energy consumption during braking.

Thanks to the integration with MES and the implementation of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies, the iPress provides end users with complete control over costs, energy consumption and performance, helping to boost productivity and reduce waste.
